Key Responsibilities

  • •Architect and design complex wiring harnesses interfacing Teleo’s autonomy kit with OEM construction equipment using schematics, service manuals, diagnostic analysis, and vehicle signal characterization.
  • •Conduct lab validation (continuity, resistance, voltage drop, and CAN signal integrity) to ensure reliable system operation before deployment.
  • •Lead on-vehicle bringup and commissioning: install, debug, and iterate on hardware to establish stable operational baselines for new platforms.
  • •Perform root-cause analysis on in-situ failures and implement hardware revisions based on field performance feedback.
  • •Author scalable documentation including schematics, BOMs, installation manuals, and training assets to enable repeatable deployments by field teams.

Key Requirements

  • •BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechatronics, or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • •3+ years of post-degree professional experience integrating electrical systems for vehicle electronics, hardware engineering, or comparable work.
  • •Proficiency reading and authoring electrical schematics and translating documentation into buildable harness designs.
  • •Hands-on wiring harness design experience for automotive, off-road, heavy equipment, or robotics retrofit applications using schematic capture and harness design tools such as KiCAD or RapidHarness.
  • •Experience bench debugging and troubleshooting with instrumentation (DMM, oscilloscope, power supply, electronic load) and working with CAN bus protocols (ideally J1939).
