Key Responsibilities

  • •Greet patients, support referring physicians and patients, schedule and confirm appointments, and place outbound calls for follow-up and weekly evaluations.
  • •Verify insurance benefits and complete benefit checks/authorizations; answer patient questions and provide first-level support within the clinic.
  • •Collect intake forms, maintain patient files/notes, check patients in/out, and collect and process payments.
  • •Process patient orders, coordinate repairs under the supervision of a licensed Hearing Care Professional, and prepare bank deposits with daily reports to finance.
  • •Maintain equipment/instruments, manage inventory and supply orders, and assist with community outreach event planning and logistics.

Key Requirements
