Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute to innovative solutions for internal IT opportunities and challenges during the apprenticeship programme.
  • •Support internal IT portfolio and services and learn how they enable Cisco’s staff globally.
  • •Help build ideas to innovate and automate internal IT portfolio and services.
  • •Learn effective project delivery within an agile framework and eventually help own projects.
  • •Collaborate across different areas of the organisation and countries to drive project success.

Key Requirements

  • •Hold an A Level or BTEC (or equivalent) and have a minimum of 120 UCAS points.
  • •Have GCSE grades A* to C in English and Maths.
  • •Use problem-solving skills to help provide innovative solutions to internal IT opportunities and challenges.
  • •Show interest in learning how internal IT portfolio and services enable staff globally.
  • •STEM education is preferred (but not essential).
