Key Responsibilities

  • •Shape the learning technology ecosystem and platform strategy by partnering with HRDT and vendors to evolve platforms and improve learner experience.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires a university degree (or equivalent) and at least 14 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 12+ years of experience.
  • •12+ years in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or Talent Management, with proven ability to lead strategic learning initiatives.
  • •Strong consulting, stakeholder management, project leadership, and influential leadership skills.
