Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide strategic leadership to develop business strategies that support growth, profitability, and competitive success amid changing consumer and regulatory behavior.
  • •Drive business ownership with potential P&L accountability and strategic planning across a 1–6 month horizon.
  • •Lead and develop a team of analysts by coaching and mentoring associates across the organization.
  • •Develop and implement product and pricing strategies for lending products, including product-level modeling/analytics.
  • •Coordinate execution across the line of business by sequencing delivery, building business requirements, overseeing multiple concurrent projects/programs, and partnering with IT, Sales, Operations, and Finance.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 182,500 - 229,100 annually
