You will handle inbound motor vehicle damage reports by phone in German and Italian. Manage each case end-to-end—from opening and review to closure—while assessing coverage and liability questions and deciding on immediate measures. Maintain close contact with customers, injured parties, experts, garages, and agencies, and collaborate with internal specialist departments to deliver accurate, timely claim processing and an excellent customer experience.
