Sr Supervisor Maintenance Training

Lead maintenance training for operations at the Hope Plant, overseeing how maintenance training is delivered and ensuring maintenance teams are prepared for safe, effective work on the 2nd shift. Coordinate training activities, support maintenance readiness, and help maintain a strong maintenance culture across the plant. Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure training expectations are met and continuous improvement opportunities are identified for maintenance training programs.
