Key Responsibilities

  • •Underwrite new and renewal accounts, negotiating pricing, terms, and conditions to meet revenue and profitability targets.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 to 7 years of underwriting experience in Financial Lines or a related specialty, with a track record managing a profitable book of business.
  • •Strong understanding of Financial Lines products, competitive landscape, and regional/local insurance markets, including global elements.
  • •Familiarity with the legal and regulatory framework relevant to your area of expertise.
  • •Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex information and make sound decisions.
  • •Bachelor’s degree preferred (Economics, Finance, Insurance Management, or Business Administration); professional insurance qualification (e.g., CII) is a plus.
