Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and oversee quality and workmanship across all phases of engineering construction for civil, architectural, and structural work.
  • •Manage full project QA/QC documentation including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports, and material delivery records.
  • •Develop inspection and test standards, oversee testing methods, and maintain quality standards for all processes.
  • •Ensure QA/QC plans, approved method statements, test plans, and drawings (including last revisions) are followed on site; remove superseded documents.
  • •Conduct inspections and coordinate with consultants using WIRs; ensure inspections are carried out per plans and advise corrective actions; perform incoming materials checks and raise NCRs for rejected materials.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8 years of working experience with 5 years of relevant experience, plus 2 years GCC experience as a plus.
  • •Knowledge of quality systems and standards such as ISO 9001, QCS, ASTM, BSI, BSEN, ACI, and AASHTO.
  • •Ability to read drawings, specifications, standards, and data sheets, and to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines.
  • •Proficiency in computer applications including Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and Primavera.
  • •ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills, plus professional qualification and/or lead auditor certification (ISO 9001 or equivalent).
