Lead technical design and delivery of major bridge projects, acting as Design Authority with oversight of complex river crossings, freight and rail infrastructure. Provide high-level design reviews, ensure compliance with AS 5100, Austroads and MRWA standards, support bids, and mentor engineers while building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as Technical Lead / Design Authority for major bridge projects and oversee delivery of complex bridge solutions.
•Lead and manage multidisciplinary design teams in a consultancy environment.
•Provide high‑level technical review, design certification and risk management across projects.
•Ensure compliance with AS 5100, Austroads, MRWA and project‑specific requirements.
•Support bids, tenders and proposals including methodology, resourcing and fee inputs.

•Strong commercial awareness and client‑facing capability.
