Perform complex aircraft maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to support safe, reliable, airworthy operations. Assist with scheduled and unscheduled maintenance under FAA-aligned procedures, diagnose mechanical/hydraulic/electrical systems using tools and manuals, and maintain accurate maintenance documentation. Support audits, inspections, and quality assurance efforts, and help improve maintenance procedures through Lean/continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist with scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance under FAA-aligned supervision.
•Support troubleshooting and repairs across mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and other aircraft systems.
•Aid inspections, functional tests, and component replacements as directed by senior technicians.
•Ensure maintenance documentation and log entries meet manufacturer and regulatory requirements.
•Support audits, inspections, quality assurance activities, and recommend maintenance process improvements through Lean/continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

•2+ years of aircraft maintenance experience focused on troubleshooting and complex repairs.
•Previous experience in MRO, airline, charter, or corporate aviation environments.
•Understanding of engines, hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical, and avionics.
•Knowledge of FAA (or relevant aviation authority) rules and procedures.
•Associate’s degree in Aircraft Maintenance or a combination of experience and education; FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certification required.
