Job Summary

Own and improve Dili’s production infrastructure on AWS, using Terraform and GitHub Actions to ship safer, repeatable changes. Build CI/CD pipelines, enhance observability with logs/metrics/traces, and investigate incidents with lasting root-cause fixes. Partner with application engineers and the CTO to strengthen deployment reliability, security controls, local development, and developer experience as the platform scales.

Key Responsibilities

•Own and improve production infrastructure across AWS services such as ECS Fargate, RDS, S3, networking, load balancing, and IAM.
•Manage infrastructure as code with Terraform and ensure changes are reviewable, repeatable, and safe.
•Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines in GitHub Actions for backend, frontend, infrastructure, migrations, and automated testing.
•Improve observability across services and investigate production issues to identify root causes and implement lasting fixes.
•Strengthen deployment safety (automated checks, progressive rollouts, rollbacks), and help define incident response, disaster recovery, backup, and business continuity while participating in on-call.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 180,000 - 220,000 annually

•Able to automate operational work (e.g., Python or shell scripting) and demonstrate strong observability, incident investigation, and root-cause analysis.
