Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the Internal Communications partner to the People Success team, owning communications strategy for People programs and company-wide rollouts.
  • •Advise the CPO and senior People leaders on high-stakes moments (org changes, policy shifts, leadership transitions) and craft clear, human messaging that builds trust.
  • •Own internal communications for the People Success team, including monthly town halls, leadership communications, and team culture resources.
  • •Write and edit executive-level communications (CPO comms, town hall scripts, announcements, FAQs), translating People programming into value propositions.
  • •Build scalable communications infrastructure (editorial calendars, playbooks, measurement frameworks, rhythms) and use data and AI-enabled workflows to measure impact and continuously improve.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years in internal communications, strategic communications, change communications, or product marketing, including advising C-suite/VP leaders on complex, high-stakes messaging.
  • •Proven ability to produce executive-level content that drives measurable engagement or adoption, with strong writing, editing, and narrative development skills.
  • •Executive presence and interpersonal effectiveness to influence decisions, build trust quickly, and push back when needed.
  • •Ability to manage a broad portfolio of concurrent initiatives across multiple senior stakeholders while maintaining a coordinated communications strategy.
  • •Experience building scalable communications processes, systems, and measurement frameworks, using generative AI responsibly with human oversight.
