Key Responsibilities

  • •Power on and off the lighting equipment across the whole site.
  • •Perform focus checks, relamping, and color adjustments as required.
  • •Ensure all lighting equipment is in working order and carry out tests.
  • •Carry out general maintenance on lighting systems and units.
  • •Report any issues back to the Technical Supervisor.

Key Requirements

  • •Previous lighting experience, ideally on large outdoor festivals or outdoor experiential events.
  • •Good knowledge of LED and basic electronics, plus technical lighting skills.
  • •Understanding of show control systems such as OSC and Timecode.
  • •GrandMA3-based control knowledge.
  • •Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle manual dexterity/physical fitness (current First-Aid certification is a plus).
