Key Responsibilities

  • •Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify current and future financial needs.
  • •Maintain knowledge of retail consumer and small business products/services and recommend appropriate solutions using the bank’s value proposition.
  • •Utilize CAMP and other approved marketing tools to proactively reach out to customers and schedule periodic financial reviews.
  • •Cross-sell to existing customers and conduct outside sales activities, including presentations, business sales calls, and community financial literacy events.
  • •Establish relationships with business partners (Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial and Investment) and refer customers as appropriate, while meeting customer experience and production goals.

Key Requirements

  • •College degree or work experience with transferable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
  • •Experience in the financial industry preferred.
  • •Demonstrated ability to perform sales activities to acquire new customers and/or cross-sell to existing customers.
  • •Must demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions for analysis of credit and financial information.
  • •Must be able to obtain S.A.F.E. Act registration at time of employment through NMLS.
