Key Responsibilities

  • •Own outcomes (not activities) and drive measurable results and efficiency.
  • •Work directly with customers to support the function (sales, partnerships, onboarding/adoption, solutions, operations, or marketing).
  • •Use Langdock daily and provide feedback that shapes product improvements.
  • •Ship solutions quickly by identifying problems and executing proposals fast.
  • •Collaborate closely with a small team and refine internal processes using applied AI.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 80,000 - 120,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Be comfortable discussing APIs, building automations, and thinking in systems.
  • •Understand how SaaS products work, including databases, APIs, integrations, and basic architecture.
  • •Actively experiment with AI tools (models, prompts, workflows, automations) and explain what works and why.
  • •Own a problem end-to-end rather than waiting for exact instructions.
  • •Be able to clearly discuss hard work, what worked, what didn’t, and what you learned.
