Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and enhance quantitative and qualitative forecasting models for global markets businesses as needed.
  • •Lead review and challenge calls with FLU and very senior global stakeholders each forecast cycle.
  • •Own regulatory submission inputs from a GBS perspective for CCAR and Recovery and Resolution Planning for specific desks/businesses.
  • •Ensure integrity of data and infrastructure used by the global stress testing team for quarterly forecasts.
  • •Drive team training for current members and new joiners and coordinate process improvement execution.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of banking and financial services experience with extensive experience in a Global Markets environment.
  • •7+ years in a Global Markets Stress Testing/Forecasting Analytics role.
  • •Strong quantitative modeling and programming skills, with R knowledge preferred (R or Python).
  • •Deep understanding of econometrics and quantitative forecasting techniques, including regulatory frameworks such as CCAR and Recovery and Resolution Planning (RRP).
  • •PhD/MBA/Masters in a quantitative field, plus CFA or FRM certification preferred.
