Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive scoping and execution of IRAD initiatives that make up the Autonomous Airpower IRAD Portfolio, enabling the multi-year roadmap for the business line.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software and hardware engineers, chief engineers, program managers, business operations, and finance to meet objectives.
  • •Establish technical KPIs to ensure ROI for IRAD investments and track progress across initiatives.
  • •Support the execution of functional engineering roadmaps to align with long-term strategic bets and program needs.
  • •Manage capture programs by identifying opportunities, assessing viability, developing strategies, and supporting proposals.

Key Requirements
