Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, mentor, and coordinate a team of drivers; assign routes, provide training, and ensure safe execution of transport activities.
  • •Load, drive, and unload materials using commercial vehicles while meeting federal, state, and local transportation requirements.
  • •Safely load/unload trucks (primarily using forklifts), ensuring loads are properly secured for undamaged delivery.
  • •Scan barcodes and transact material movements in the WMS/ERP to meet inventory and receiving requirements.
  • •Maintain delivery documentation and vehicle readiness (service records, cleanliness, fueling), and operate ELDs with a safe driving record.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent.
  • •Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
  • •3+ years of commercial driving experience with short-haul required; long-haul preferred, including at least 1 year in a lead/senior/supervisory driving capacity.
  • •Ability to lift 40–50 lbs. unassisted and perform physical tasks (stand, walk, climb, bend, stoop, kneel) for extended periods.
  • •Must maintain a clean driving record and comply with DOT and company safety policies.
