Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate and test daily functionality of AV and integrated conference rooms.
  • •Respond to end user requests via client help desk ticketing system and manage incidents through ticketing systems and escalation paths.
  • •Set up and break down onsite meetings, including scheduled in-room support for events and end users needing AV operator support.
  • •Perform preventive maintenance, room sweeps, and readiness checks; repair and restore AV systems with support from AVI-SPL technical resources.
  • •Deliver end user training and concierge services, conduct meeting room assessments, and produce reporting metrics and KPI reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Hands-on familiarity with collaboration technologies such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or Cisco Webex.
  • •Understanding of fundamental network infrastructure technologies.
  • •Functional understanding of Microsoft Office 365.
  • •Understanding and familiarity with basic signal flow for audio, video, and control technologies.
  • •Minimum 1–3 years of high-touch end user support, rental/staging experience, or audiovisual integration experience.
