Key Responsibilities

•Manage a portfolio of Nominal Insurer Workers’ Compensation claims from inception to finalisation in line with regulatory and Allianz requirements.
•Drive strategic collaboration and case management for corporate clients to optimise return to work and health outcomes.
•Make informed liability decisions by evaluating relevant and accessible information.
•Foster relationships with injured claimants, families, legal and medical professionals, and coach others to develop these skills.
•Continuously assess claims for treatment and rehabilitation needs, identify risk-management trends, and recommend policy improvements to enhance claims practices.

•Successfully completed structured training and built a portfolio of evidence demonstrating technical proficiency with systems, software, databases, reporting, and communication tools.
•Relevant medico-legal qualifications and experience in bodily injury claims processes across insurance, legal, medical, or complex customer service sectors.
•Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and provide advice and guidance, including temporarily fulfilling roles such as Case Reviewer and Team Manager.
•Strong planning and prioritisation skills to organise tasks and manage competing resources, demonstrating leadership behaviours.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interpret complex information, extract insights, and balance empathy with achieving commercial outcomes.
