Key Responsibilities

•Lead the design and development of complex software solutions.
•Collaborate with the team to design experiments and leverage data-driven insights for decision-making.
•Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while mentoring other developers.
•Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and coding standards; drive best practices and technical strategy.
•Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to an experimentation culture.

Key Requirements

•Extensive experience in C# and .NET (Core, NET 6+), with fintech industry experience
•Experience with event-driven architectures, microservices, and distributed systems; Mass Transit a plus
•Solid understanding of Entity Framework and SQL database design, optimization, and query performance
•Knowledge of .NET testing libraries like XUnit, NSubstitute and Fluent Assertions
•Experience with building and hosting solutions on Azure cloud and with CI/CD pipelines
