•Maintain productivity to support delivering vehicles on schedule.
•Be able to work mandatory overtime based on business needs.

Key Requirements

•1+ year of professional experience in wheel/rim repair.
•Ability to repair deep wheel damage using a wheel repair machine, and paint and clear-coat wheels.
•Physically operate vehicle equipment and tools, including lifting up to 60 pounds independently.
•Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license (some positions may require an MVR check).
•Work in a fast-paced production environment and use safety equipment such as face shield/goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective gear.
