Sales Center Manager

Manage the day-to-day operation of a sales center to drive increased sales, profitability, market share, and customer and employee satisfaction. Oversee forecasting and full financial management (budget, P&L, expenses), direct inside/outside sales and multi-channel marketing, hire and manage sales center personnel, and ensure operations run effectively across inventory, accounts receivable, safety, and compliance. Lead growth through product development and strategic planning.
