Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as subject matter expert for the specified country/region throughout implementation.
  • •Lead planning, execution, and monitoring of global payroll implementation projects to ensure timely delivery.
  • •Run implementations from inception through parallel runs and the first month of live payroll before handover to Payroll Operations.
  • •Develop and implement standardized payroll processes, project plans, and procedures; ensure decisions and SOPs are documented for Business As Usual.
  • •Attend sales/client hand-over and kickoff calls, provide ongoing post-implementation support, and mentor Payroll Generalists while collaborating on platform improvements including UAT testing.

Key Requirements
