Job Summary

Deliver an exceptional guest experience while achieving individual and team sales targets in-store. Use customer insights to support business reviews, strengthen client relationships through an omnichannel approach, and provide pre-buying product feedback. Support CRM/CX initiatives, loyalty program promotion (MUSE), click-and-collect within SLAs, VM guidelines, and in-store marketing events. •Achieve individual and collective sales targets and deliver exceptional guest experience.
•Collect customer behavior data, including top sellers and slow movers, to support business reviews.

•Support CRM/CX initiatives in-store, including customer data capture aligned with marketing requirements.
•Ensure adherence to VM guidelines and SOPs, including click-and-collect within SLAs and support store CX/marketing activations.
