  • •Champion a positive team culture by sharing ideas, feedback, and concerns while demonstrating core values.
  • •Assist store departments including POS system management, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations.
  • •Work with Store Management to achieve and exceed personal performance objectives using effective selling strategies.
  • •Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed on product collaborations, launches, and brand initiatives and sharing them with consumers.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 14 - 16.5 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Must be 16 years or older.
  • •Flexible availability for nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours with regular attendance and punctuality.
  • •Team-first approach and drive to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • •Ability to move merchandise with appropriate equipment and to place and arrange items on shelves and racks.
  • •Ability to lift 30 pounds or more with assistance and to stand/walk/move for at least 8 hours per shift.
