Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the Owner’s Representative, leading and overseeing mechanical construction activities across designated project areas throughout construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and handover.
  • •Ensure contractor personnel comply with project HSES requirements, site regulations, permit-to-work systems, and client procedures.
  • •Supervise mechanical construction to ensure compliance with Approved for Construction (AFC) drawings, specifications, ITPs, procedures, and site instructions.
  • •Monitor safety, quality, progress, and productivity; coordinate daily/weekly work plans with contractor supervision and engineers.
  • •Support execution and problem-solving, including reviewing drawings/materials/equipment/resources and escalating schedule and site issues as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of industry experience, including proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor on an EPCM project within the refinery, petrochemical, oil & gas, or energy sector.
  • •Experience supervising mechanical construction within refinery, petrochemical, oil & gas, or heavy industrial projects.
  • •Proven capability managing contractors and delivering safe and effective construction execution.
  • •Registered Safety Officer at Supervisor Level.
  • •Excellent HSES knowledge, including experience preparing Method Statements, Job Safety Analyses (JSA), and Risk Assessments.
