Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist senior personnel in carrying out commissioning activities.
  • •Conduct site inspections in the selected discipline and verify tested results are correct.
  • •Assess whether test procedures and recorded results demonstrate compliance with project specifications and industry codes of practice.
  • •Assist with reviewing project documentation for compliance with project specifications and industry codes of practice.
  • •Keep a daily diary of site events/activities under your control and report issues found to senior team members; liaise with contractors commissioning teams professionally.

Key Requirements

  • •MEP / Building Services Engineering Degree such as BSc Mechanical Engineering, BSc Electrical Engineering, or BSc Building Services Engineering (with minimum 2 years job-related experience).
  • •MEP / Building Services Engineering College Diploma such as HNC/HND/equivalent (with minimum 3 years job-related experience).
  • •MEP / Building Services Engineering College Certificate or Trade qualification such as ONC/OND/equivalent or Trade Time Served + City & Guilds (with minimum 4 years job-related experience).
  • •Industry accreditations such as Incorporated Engineer (desirable), CSA Grade 3 (desirable), and commissioning certifications such as BCA, ACG, or NEBB (desirable).
  • •Moderate experience/proficiency across multiple competencies and the ability to handle tasks with supervision.
