Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze documents and SMS management programs for service providers in accordance with current legal requirements
  • •Support audits and inspections and participate in the realization of audits as needed
  • •Provide technical support and training in SMS, prepare technical SMS presentations, and conduct integration training while making information available to inspectors
  • •Interact with service providers to provide information on program progress, clarify doubts on document preparation, and address non-conformities in audits
  • •Participate in meetings with service providers to monitor SMS actions or critical analysis meetings

Key Requirements

  • •8 years of experience in the activities of the role
  • •Experience in segments such as port area, logistics, industrial cleaning, transport/storage of loads, work permit
  • •Experience in management areas such as Routine Management or Process Management or Project Management or related areas validated by contractual management
  • •Technical course in logistics issued by MEC-recognized institution
  • •Regular registration with the respective professional supervision body
