Ensure safety while managing the tuning and maintenance of extrusion tools to keep production at specification. Oversee the tuning program, maintain tools for optimal performance, and assist with designing new tools and products. Collaborate with site management on employee-related efforts, including training, compliance support, discipline/coaching, PTO coverage, and timely processing of time-off requests and timesheets for payroll.

Key Responsibilities

•Follow all safety procedures and protocols.
•Keep equipment and work areas clean and organized.

•Manage employee coverage and processes, including ensuring duties are performed, PTO requests, and timely time-off and timesheet submissions for payroll.
