Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, build, test, deploy, and operate backend distributed systems that power Snowflake Warehouses.
  • •Independently own medium-sized engineering projects from design through delivery, and contribute to larger initiatives.
  • •Build and evolve capabilities related to warehouse features, billing, and usability.
  • •Improve reliability, scalability, performance, and operational health of warehouse systems in production.
  • •Participate across the full software lifecycle including implementation, testing, rollout, on-call, issue triage, and production improvements.

  • •BS in Computer Science (or related) or equivalent practical experience.

  • •Experience independently executing medium-sized projects and contributing effectively across cross-team efforts, including on-call/production support.
