Support the arbitration process within the Inventory team by driving follow-through on logistics and vehicle readiness items, coordinating internal and external parties, and communicating with Logistics and Title teams on transportation issues and reimbursement. Key Responsibilities

•Ensure follow-through on logistics tickets, IC vehicle readiness, Jira tickets, SMT submissions, and other assigned tasks.
•Develop an understanding of NAAA arbitration policies and procedures.
•Maintain up to date points of contact for internal and external parties.
•Coordinate and communicate with Logistics and Title teams on transportation issues and reimbursement for cancellations and missing titles.
•Support the arbitration team lead and manager with additional departmental tasks as needed.
