Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end customer problems: talk to customers, understand their needs, design solutions, implement and deploy them, and support the first users.
  • •Collaborate with product managers and engineers to plan and execute features within Kombo’s infrastructure platform.
  • •Write RFCs and communicate technical proposals to stakeholders across teams.
  • •Ship features to production with a focus on reliability and observability, iterating based on user feedback.
  • •Work in a small, autonomous team with 1 product manager and 3–5 engineers, contributing to team goals and roadmaps.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 80,000 - 100,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Strong TypeScript programming skills and experience working in a fully TypeScript monorepo.
  • •Ability to own customer problems end-to-end: talk to customers, design a solution, implement it, and support it to production use.
  • •Experience writing RFCs and communicating proposed technical solutions to stakeholders.
  • •Hands-on experience shipping features to production and iterating based on user feedback.
  • •Comfortable working in a small, startup-like product engineering team with cross-functional collaboration (PMs and multiple engineers).
