Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the balance of clinical supply to member demand, maintaining utilization within a 90–110% band and adjusting staffing and scheduling as volume shifts.
  • •Ensure enrollment-dependent Care Team Services: reliably complete scheduled onboarding visits, staff on-demand sensor support, and provide human backup for failed automated steps.
  • •Own supply–demand forecasting for enrollment onboarding-visit demand and care-team requirements so enrollment is never constrained by capacity.
  • •Govern practice infrastructure including scheduling templates, visit types, and operational reporting/dashboards as a single source of truth.
  • •Steward operational finance for the care organization: budget planning, COGS, and headcount approval gate to keep growth tied to demand and unit economics.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years in healthcare operations, including leading virtual/telehealth or multi-site clinical operations at scale.
  • •Deep workforce-management and capacity-planning expertise, including supply–demand modeling, forecasting, scheduling, and staffing ratios.
  • •Experience forecasting demand and delivering care-team capacity behind onboarding or enrollment functions (onboarding visits, sensor support, and human coverage for automated steps), ideally in virtual care or digital health.
  • •Track record owning an operational budget/COGS and headcount planning with fluency in unit economics.
  • •Proven cross-functional leadership across clinical, HR, finance, and product/technology with experience scaling operations for growth and innovation.
