Job Function: Product Management
Seniority: Mid level

Key Responsibilities

  • •Translate DRAM/HBM design intent into validation coverage and test strategy for structural and functional flows to drive zero validation escapes.
  • •Own validation methodologies, coverage plans, and validation definition/closure for new and high-risk product features in partnership with design and systems teams.
  • •Perform deep debug and root-cause electrical failure analysis of validation findings, including timing simulation correlation to design intent.
  • •Develop and troubleshoot HBM component validation test programs across ATE platforms and in-house test systems, promoting test-time optimization and repeatable execution.
  • •Mentor and train engineers in a globally distributed validation organization; present technical results and champion AI-enabled ways of working.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering (or related) with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
  • •Strong knowledge of DRAM and HBM architecture, operation, and design concepts.
  • •Extensive experience reading and debugging circuit schematics to isolate design-related failure mechanisms.
  • •Hands-on experience running and interpreting timing-accurate circuit simulations to reproduce and root-cause silicon behavior.
  • •Programming experience with Python/C/C++, Verilog, and version control systems; experience with ATE platforms and APG concepts.
