Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and lead global marketing strategy for the Training category across the entire marketing mix.
  • •Drive execution of seasonal and long-term marketing plans via global communication toolkits, regional guidelines, and channel excellence monitoring.
  • •Translate training consumer insights, athlete needs, product innovations, and category trends into marketing initiatives that strengthen brand preference and growth.
  • •Lead category communication strategies and franchise product storytelling across seasons, aligned to brand and business objectives.
  • •Manage and develop the Training Marketing team and build relationships with athletes, ambassadors, training experts, agency partners, and key stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience in brand, product, or category marketing (preferably in sporting goods, fitness, or consumer goods).
  • •University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Sports Management, or related field.
  • •Extensive experience developing and executing global marketing strategies in performance/fitness/training or sports-related categories.
  • •Proven leadership experience managing, developing, and inspiring high-performing teams in a global matrix organization.
  • •Fluent English; strong stakeholder management, analytical skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities; willingness to travel internationally.
