Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience for Coach clients while representing the brand and adhering to style and service standards. Drive sales by cross-selling, upselling, and using clienteling and social selling tools to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases. Meet individual and store KPIs, execute daily store operations (cash wrap, inventory processing, visual merchandising), and support inventory cycles to keep the sales floor and stockroom organized.
