Provide timely, accurate completion of client transactions while delivering a high-quality customer experience. Cross-train to support sales and service by assisting with outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM). Educate clients on digital self-service options such as ATMs, Online and Mobile banking, handle new account openings and problem resolution, and follow internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies. Maintain service standards through ongoing product and sales training.
