Key Responsibilities

  • •Utilize work orders, schematics, wiring diagrams, and instructions to build, repair, and test assemblies, subassemblies, and components.
  • •Perform electro-mechanical assembly, troubleshooting, and repairs; identify and correct errors.
  • •Observe and follow safety, security, and operating procedures; promptly report accidents, injuries, hazards, or emergencies.
  • •Test assemblies and components using test fixtures, measurement equipment, leak detectors, and vacuum pumps; complete documentation.
  • •Audit received parts for availability and defects; troubleshoot and improve processes, and enter progress/work and labor details.

Key Requirements

  • •Use routine work orders, schematics, wiring diagrams, parts and wire lists, and written/verbal instructions to build, repair, and/or test electrical, electro-mechanical, vacuum, and pneumatic assemblies.
  • •Perform electro-mechanical assembly operations, troubleshooting, and repairs, identifying and correcting errors.
  • •Follow safety standards and maintain a secure, safe, clean, and healthy work environment.
  • •Use test fixtures, electronic measurement equipment, leak detectors, and/or vacuum pumps to test assemblies and components and enter required data on a computer terminal.
  • •Receive parts and perform audits to ensure parts are available and inspected for defects.
