Support the DHS USCIS Office of Security & Integrity by processing personnel security cases for the OSI Personnel Security Division. Handle administrative and contract support tasks including scanning, uploading, filing, and destroying electronic and physical case records; data entry and data quality assurance; fingerprint card filing; mailbox monitoring in Outlook; and preparing draft paperwork for FOIA requests, along with coordination of facility services and documentation support.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide administrative and staff support including receiving/responding to correspondence, directing visitors, and handling phone calls, scheduling, and meeting notes.
•Create, maintain, scan, file, retrieve, track, and destroy personnel security records and case files (electronic and physical).
•Perform data entry in personnel security databases and conduct data quality assurance reviews for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
•Monitor central mailboxes in Outlook and respond to inquiries and status requests; prepare periodic ad-hoc reports.
•Manage fingerprint card filing/inventory and support case file quality assurance and release preparation for FOIA-related requests as directed.

•Minimum five (5) years of related work experience.

•Ability to obtain Secret clearance.
