Key Responsibilities

•Provide leadership in the design and construction of electrical infrastructure projects, including rehabilitation and reconstruction, site development, and safety planning.
•Coordinate, review, and approve electrical infrastructure design plans for mid-level to complex projects, ensuring data integrity and regulatory compliance.
•Lead multi-site/due diligence activities, including planning, permitting, and construction support for utility, industrial, and commercial scale projects.
•Oversee data collection, analysis, and reporting from sites, surveys, GIS data, and equipment specifications to support procurement and pricing, while ensuring conformity with standards.
•Mentor and guide mid-level to senior team members to ensure QA/QC and high-quality deliverables across projects.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering and a minimum of 10+ years of post-education experience delivering design deliverables for capital projects in power generation, transmission, and distribution.
•Engineer license is required (multi-state preferred).
•Highly proficient with electrical engineering principles, infrastructure design, and related codes/regulations; experience with planning, design, and program/construction management.
•Proficiency with discipline-specific design software (e.g., AutoCAD/CAD electrical, Aspen, CAPE, ETAP, WIN IGS, Inventor) and strong technical writing skills.
•Willingness to travel occasionally as project requirements demand.
