Job Summary

Join a small, high-impact team building tokenized equity capital markets products from the ground up. You’ll conduct due diligence on issuers and counterparties, perform fundamental analysis and financial modeling to evaluate deal economics, and research competitors and market dynamics. Prepare decision-ready memos and management presentations, track ECM pipeline and follow-on offerings, and support research-to-execution workstreams to launch.

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct due diligence on issuers, companies, vendors, partners, and counterparties and present findings in decision-ready formats.
•Perform fundamental analysis and build commercial and financial models to evaluate product structures, pricing, allocation, deal economics, and profitability.
•Research competitors and market participants across equity capital markets to inform product positioning and strategy.
•Prepare internal committee memos, decision documents, and management presentations translating complex analysis into actionable recommendations.
•Track equity capital markets developments (pipeline, follow-on offerings, and broader conditions) and proactively surface risks and opportunities; support lifecycle workstreams through execution.

•Excellent written and verbal communication to produce institutional-quality memos and presentations for senior stakeholders.
