Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct due diligence on issuers, companies, vendors, partners, and counterparties and present findings in decision-ready formats.
  • •Perform fundamental analysis and build commercial and financial models to evaluate product structures, pricing, allocation, deal economics, and profitability.
  • •Research competitors and market participants across equity capital markets to inform product positioning and strategy.
  • •Prepare internal committee memos, decision documents, and management presentations translating complex analysis into actionable recommendations.
