Key Responsibilities

•Handle and resolve unstructured and complex complaints for all RBG, SME customers in a timely manner
•Administer, coordinate, monitor and report on complaints across touchpoints
•Perform in-depth root-cause analysis to identify underlying issues affecting customer satisfaction
•Maintain courteous, proactive relationships with internal units to ensure complete resolution of complaints
•Maintain and track technology issues and mass incidents, and contribute to process and quality improvements

Key Requirements

•Must have strong customer-service orientation with the ability to handle complex complaints across channels
•Proven analytical skills with ability to perform root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions
•Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with CRM systems
•Excellent communication skills in English; ability to interact effectively with internal teams and customers
•Prior experience in banking/financial services customer care or operations is preferred
