Business Operations Associate

Drive high-priority initiatives and cross-functional projects, partnering with leadership to solve business and product challenges as BJAK expands. Build new teams, processes, and capabilities, research new markets and opportunities, and improve operations by identifying problems and implementing practical solutions. You’ll work closely with core teams across engineering, product, hiring, operations, and business development in a fast-moving environment.
