Key Responsibilities

  • •Learn and apply production process flow; understand the structure and performance of leaching filter press, leaching filtrate systems, leaching wash-water systems, and leaching blowdown systems.
  • •Operate equipment and monitor operating conditions to ensure stable equipment performance.
  • •Operate, conduct inspections, and perform routine basic maintenance for assigned equipment.
  • •Coordinate with upstream/downstream processes and the control room to maintain stable production operations.
  • •Follow operating procedures and operation cards; report and resolve abnormal conditions promptly; participate in continuous improvement and maintain 5S cleanliness and job records.

Key Requirements

  • •Full-time associate degree or higher in related majors such as chemical engineering, mechatronics, or electrical engineering.
  • •3+ years of on-site operations experience in a large/mid-sized manufacturing enterprise production workshop; chemical enterprise experience preferred.
  • •Ability to communicate and write clearly, and knowledge of operating modern machinery/equipment.
  • •Familiarity with job operation procedures and operation cards, with the ability to follow them strictly in practice.
