Key Responsibilities

  • •Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and data model.
  • •Proficiency with JavaScript, GlideScript, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow Studio; experience integrating with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and MID Servers.
