Manager, Claims Operations - Property Claims

Lead property claims operations by managing and coaching member-service claims employees responsible for investigating, evaluating, and negotiating claims. Oversee quality of property claim files, handle escalations and policy-based decisions, and drive process improvements to enhance operational effectiveness and member experiences.
