Staff User Researcher, Brokerage

Lead end-to-end research across multiple Brokerage product areas, partnering with product and business leaders to define the highest-impact questions and clarify ambiguous problems. Apply rigorous qualitative and quantitative methods, triangulate findings, and translate insights into recommendations that shape product strategy, prioritization, and execution. Represent the customer voice with PMs, designers, engineers, Data Science, and leadership, using AI-enabled tools to increase research speed and impact while maintaining quality and governance.
