Key Responsibilities

•Own the strategic vision for Clay University, building the persona journey map and content roadmap to serve new user to GTM leader stages.
•Ship content at a faster cadence by creating content yourself and hiring creators to ensure comprehensive GTME coverage.
•Lead and grow the University content team, unblock the team, sharpen their work, and build partnerships or hire content creators to maintain pace.
•Build the cross-functional content pipeline by coordinating with Solutions, GTMOps, and Forward Deployed GTME teams to make innovations accessible globally.
•Launch experimental programs and measure impact, creating a defensible flywheel for the GTME Ecosystem brand and inbound content.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 210,000 annually
